We aim to keep product, packaging and pricing information accurate, but details may change. Images are illustrative and screen settings can affect colour. Confirm the exact product, size, quantity, documents, price, availability and delivery terms before ordering.

Prices and quotes

Website prices are indicative and include GST unless stated otherwise. Freight, availability, bulk pricing and any account terms are confirmed in the commercial response. A submitted enquiry or sample request does not create an order, payment obligation or supply contract.

Orders and availability

An order is accepted only when the commercial terms are confirmed and accepted through the agreed sales process. Stock, delivery timing, size mix and recurring supply arrangements remain subject to confirmation.

Custom packaging and private-label orders

Custom programs remain subject to product and production feasibility, minimum volume, approved artwork and labelling, available evidence, lead time, deposits, freight and the terms stated in the formal quote or contract. Production and any stockholding are tied to agreed commitments; speculative custom inventory is not implied. Because custom goods are produced against an approved program, cancellation and return rights may be limited after artwork or production approval.

Samples and trials

Samples are considered for qualifying commercial enquiries and are not guaranteed. A trial helps compare fit and handling but does not replace product documentation, workplace assessment or approval for the intended task.

Product suitability and safety

Customers must select PPE for the exact task using product documentation, chemical SDS information, workplace risk assessment and applicable requirements. Disposable nitrile gloves are not chemical-proof, and material, colour, weight or texture alone does not prove food-contact, medical, clinical or other regulated suitability.

Returns, warranties and consumer rights

Any agreed return or warranty terms will be confirmed with the order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
