This calculator assumes two gloves per change and 100 gloves per box. Use it to create a starting order, then compare the estimate with actual gloves used, early failures, site peaks and boxes left at month end.
Planning tip: Size percentages should come from a team fit trial—not guesswork. Keep a controlled buffer for demand spikes, but review it so excess stock does not hide poor forecasting.
